What should I do if app errors persist?

 

If app errors persist, please try the following:

◆ Restart App
The system may not update automatically if the app is left running for a long time. Please restart the app occasionally to ensure that it updates properly.

◆ Restart Device
Close all running apps, turn off the device, and wait for 15 seconds or more before restarting the device.

◆ Secure Storage
It is recommended to have storage space of 5GB or more.

◆ Clear Cache
Delete cached data from your device.
You can do this by tapping the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the title screen and selecting Clear Cache.

◆ Redownload Assets
Redownload the data required to run PKCL Twins.
You can do this by tapping the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the title screen and selecting Download All Data.

◆ Internet Speed Test
Errors may occur if the download speed is around 10Mbps
